The Favela Mural, created and built by Fernando and Humberto Campanas, is inspired by the favela shantytowns of their native Brazil. This 20'x20' installation was built in December 2004. The Favela Mural was comissioned by Moss and was a permanent installation in the Moss Gallery at 142 Greene Street.

The Campanas were commissioned in 2007 by the Victoria and Albert Museum in London to create a new outdoor edition of their ‘Vitoria Regia’ seats, specially designed to mark the V&A’s 150th anniversary. The Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum asked the brothers to create a new work for their permanent collection from their "Transplastic Series". The Campanas created new original works and installations for the Yes! Hotel Athens, borne of an exclusive partnership between the Brothers and Greek collector Dakis Joannou.
